How do I book my Audi Mobility Program by Husk ride?

Booking an Audi Mobility Program by Husk ride can be easily done in several ways. We at HUSK can always be reached at the telephone number and e-mail address above (except weekends and holidays). So, you can choose to write down your wishes via an e-mail. We will then contact you within 24 hours to book this experience. Prefer someone on the phone right away to discuss your wishes? No problem at all, we can be reached by phone every working day between 09h00 and 17h00. Calling after these hours is also possible thanks to the option to leave us a message. We will then call you back as soon as possible to answer all your questions. Hope to hear you soon!

What happens if my credit runs out, but I still want to continue enjoying the service?

In case you have reached your Audi Mobility Program by Husk credit, but you have not yet finished enjoying this Audi VIP service, you can continue to enjoy the services offered without any worries. These will then be charged according to our standard rates. You will be able to discuss this with your Audi Mobility Program by Husk contact. There will be the option to pay contactless, credit card and invoicing. Please let us know your wishes and we will arrange the rest.

How many people can I bring?

Nothing like being able to share an Audi VIP experience with your loved ones, friends, and family. It is therefore absolutely possible to bring people along on your ride. Please always indicate this in advance to your contact person when booking the ride. The number of people you can take along depends on the seats available in the car. For example, in the Audi A8, 2 people can sit from the back and 1 person from the front, while in an Audi Q8 e-tron, 3 people can sit from the back and 1 person from the front. These are all things you can discuss with your Audi Mobility Program by Husk contact.

Is there a charge for cancelling my ride?

Having to cancel a reservation is a regrettable event, but always possible. This can be done without charge unless the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the reservation. In this case, we are obliged to charge the ride for 80%. Of course, it is always possible to move the cancelled reservation to a new date that suits you better.

Of course, we understand a change of plans can occur. This is why you can always move/ cancel a made reservation. You can reach us for all your questions on the contact details below: In the case you want to reach us outside the office hours, there is the availability of leaving a voicemail. This way you will always be able to leave us your message and we can contact you as soon as possible to discuss your needs. Please note that there are costs associated with a last-minute cancellation (< 48 hour before reservation). For more information, please see “cancellation costs”.

How do I check my Audi Mobility Program budget?

When booking a ride, you’ll be able to ask your remaining credit for the Audi Mobility Program by Husk rides by e-mail. At the end of every ride, you’ll receive an overview by SMS of what’s already done, and how many credit is left at the end of your ride.
